Females' heat cycles can last about 7-10 days, but usually, it seems like one cycle melds right into the next one, so your kitten may seem to 'always' be in heat. You might see a slow-down of the symptoms for a few days, but then she'll start right up again.

Cat’s are constantly ovulating and without spaying you can expect heat cycles every couple of weeks. The instinct is very strong so don’t be surprised if kitty tries to run outside every chance she gets. This is the right age to have her fixed..."
Unless she's spayed or mated, the heat cycles will continue, so have her evaluated by your vet to discuss her spay surgery. Also, make sure she can't dash out the door.
