Question

I just bought used 98 f-150/automatic/v8 triton/ ran fine for 4 days now suddenly won,t start but battery is fine just hums for a second when I turn the key but won,t turn over.could it be the fuel pump reset switch ?I don,t have the owners manual and don,t know where the button is.
