Answer

Hi Ryan,

A dog normally completes its puppy vaccinations at around 15-16 weeks of age. At that time they also get a 1 year rabies vaccination. A year after that a dog should get a booster vaccination covering Canine Parvovirus, Distemper Virus, and Adenovirus-2 Vaccines at a minimum. Your dog’s vaccine may include protection against other diseases as well to be determined by your Vet. Frequently these are 5 in one or 7 in one vaccinations covering the above disease and additional ones. A 3 uear rabies vaccination is also needed at about the same time as well.

Here is the recommended vaccination schedule.
