what is the statue of limitation on a bench warrant for a speeding ticket from another state.a person gets a speeding ticket in mi. in 1990 and lives in az. and both are receptcating states. Is there a time limited the bench warrant will expire

Hello,

There are no statue of limitations on warrants, this includes bench warrants. When ever a warrant is issued it will stay active until either you one deal with the issue or two are arrested.

I would strongly advise you to get into contact with the sheriffs office where the warrant was issued and try to get this resolved.
