Question

My lower a little of my mid back hurts moderately. This morning it felt worse. My stomach is slightly upset too. I haven''t eaten anything yet because I''m afraid of it upsetting me. Wednesday I started to feel a little light-headed, when I ate luch it didn''t seem to help. I went to the restroom and started my period with diarrhea (pretty normal) but I felt extra nauseous. The nausea pains worsened but I couldn''t throw up. I had a little more diarrhea. Yesterday morning my back hurt when I woke up. I still felt a little nauseaous but not as bad. I had a little bit of chicken noodle soup, potato chips, and broccoli and cheese soup with bread spaced out through the day. I felt more nauseous after the broc. and cheese soup and went to bed soon after that. I woke up today and my back felt worse than before. I tried laying/sitting in different positions but a little relief. It feels slightly better now but still doesn''t seem right to me. I almost feel like my insides are tight.
