Hello XXXXXXXXX,
Thank you for asking your question on Just Answer.
Could you explain your situation a little more?
What is the model number of the TV?Thank you again for trusting us with your problem.
Please reply as soon as possible so that we can finish answering your question.
Thank you for your reply. First I would suggest you try unplugging the TV for about one hour. When it is plugged back in, if you are very lucky, the TV will work correctly. Most likely the problem has a problem with a circuit overheating and the safety circuitry of the TV is shutting down the picture to prevent further damage. The TV could have a cold solder joint that can also cause this problem. Someone with the proper test equipment and the knowledge to use it will be needed. This is not a DIY repair due to the cost of the test equipment and the training required to use it. This should be worth getting repaired. You might want to contact the dealer ( 1-888-849-4623) to see the possibility of getting the extended warranty on the TV to cover future problems.
