The P0446 is an evap system dtc indicating a system vacuum decay larger than predetermined.Some causes could be a gas cap NOT fully seated, a vent solenoid leaking, a line or other evap component.P0000 must be a type mistake.

What other code could p0000 be the car stopped on me last night and would not start. I let it sit for a while and it started right up

I have never heard of or seen P0000.It could be the type of code reader you are using.
