Hello...Ok I am not successful in synchronizing with my new spectrum WIFI.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Canon PIXMA...2yrs old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: All- In-One
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: 30 days, new installation of WiFi
JA: Is there anything else the Printer Technician should be aware of?
Customer: The WPS button on my modem is not lighting up, Spectrum tech support says modem is working if all other devices are connecting.
