I have a WF-2530. Being a snowbird, I have not used this

Customer Question

I have a WF-2530. Being a snowbird, I have not used this printer since fall of last year. It has set all winter. Usually, over the last two years when this has happened, I install new cartridges and run head cleaning severals times until I can print. This year, this is not working. During nozzle check only blue lines print. When I try to print a copy from my computer or from the glass, I get nothing. Suggestions?
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: WF-2530 about 3 years old.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I have been trying to get printing for 1 week. Ordered new cartridges and replaced. Nothing happened before except no use
JA: Is there anything else the Printer Technician should be aware of?
Customer: No
