I have Canon MX492 that was connected via wifi to Comcast

I have Canon MX492 that was connected via wifi to Comcast router. Changed services and am now on Century Link. Printer will not connect!!!
JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It tended to disconnect and I'd have to turn off the machine and reboot. Will not do so now..
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: HP tower PC, Win 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Day after new internet service was installed.
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Printer Technician should know?
Customer: Need to print out mailing label to Amazon by tomorrow or it expires. I could connect via cable.

Finally I got thru the initial online form. I had email issues.. OK, NO!!! Still no connection.
