JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: WF7620 1 yr.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: pc windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I was gone for 6 months, and had removed the ink cartridges. Caame back pout in new ones. Same computer. It just prints out blank sheets.
JA: Is there anything else the Printer Technician should be aware of?

Select Print Head Cleaning

Select Proceed

Select All Colors

Press the Color button
