I recently purchased a new HP notebook and I am having difficulty hooking up my printer to it. Can you help?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: 15AY103DX purchased on 04/02/17
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Since we brought it home. Have tried hooking it up to the Wifi connection at home. Gave up. Bought a connecting cable. Tried reinstalling the printer with the disc it came with. Getting very frustrated!
