ter does not print, it is a Epson stylus nx625. The message we get on the network status check says a router/access point channel conflict has been detected. Can you help us?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: printer is appox 5 years old and model is c421a
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: We have a dell desktop and Xfinity wifi
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: yesterday it started to print something then stopped for a while, then started printed a bit then stopped. eventually it all printed. today it won't print at all
JA: Is there anything else the Printer Technician should be aware of?
