Customer: hp-15-f233wm. Windows 10. It's refurbished. Blue screen error code oxc0000225
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It did an Auto update windows 10, and it took a couple hrs. After it slowly degraded til the blue scroon. Screen
