have you tried re-installing the drivers from the original Epson CD or from the Epson website?
you can go to Epson website: https://epson.com/Support/Printers/All-In-Ones/WorkForce-Series/Epson-WorkForce-WF-2650/s/SPT_C11CD77201
click on Drivers and Utilities Combo Package,
download and install it. there will be scan utility included.
OR, if you'd like I can remote into your computer and do it all right on your screen.
after you install the software it is a good idea to restart
just hit Ctrl-D to save this page in favorites. after restart you can reopen it.
in addition you should receive an email with link to this chat
