JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: this is on a desk top computer 251-a244 to install a differant operating system
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: The operating system is windows 1o home the computer is pc
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I am trying to install a cadkey 7.5 Version on my computer. it does not want to install on a 64 bit system. It seems to be 32 bit or nothing.

if you wish to to boot from the usb just once, you may restart computer and tap the f12 key

a one time boot menu will appear

select the usb drive option and press enter

the computer will reboot and boot from the usb drive
