JA: What's the make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: cANNON MF8280 C
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC OPS MICROSOFT 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: JUST RECENTLY (YESTERDAY WHEN I CHANGED FROM AN HP TO THE CANNON)

Choose the one for Windows 10 that says MFDrivers. Download it. After the download, double click the file to start the installation. After you install it, try to print.
