It won't print
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Less than a year - MX492
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Mac - where do I look to find out what system I am using
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It worked fine - then I had difficulties with my provider. That was solved. It I never checked to see if my printer worked
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Right now, I would just like it to print - we will worry about faxing etc later

I'm sorry about the issue. Is there any error or message when printing?

Do you mean your internet service / internet modem / router device had issue recently?

Is the printer connected to the computer with a (USB) cable? Or is the connection wireless?

Are you currently able to make a copy from the printer's glass (not printing from the computer)?

What's the make / model of your internet modem / router device?
