Epson Work Force 840 series suddenly just won't print. It is

Customer Question

HI there. Epson Work Force 840 series suddenly just won't print. It is wireless, but Epson utility page says its connect and ready
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Model C423A. I'm guessing its a couple years old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Printing from Mac. Using OS Sierra version 10.12.1
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Just today. Was printing yesterday. Nothing happened that I know of. I was the only one on the computer for the past few days. I did recently have to run the clean heads, and realign utilities. That was a couple days ago.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No. I guess that's it.

Hi there

Expert:  Jesse Brower replied 1 month ago.

When did you first setup this printer??

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Hi Jesse: Probably a couple years ago.
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I tried unplugging for 30 mins, both printer and Mac. Restart. No change
Expert:  Jesse Brower replied 1 month ago.

You may need to reinstall it, the newer versions of macOS like the one you have are a bit different than previous versions so let me check out Epson's website real quick and I'll get right back to you

This link should help you reinstall the printer; when did you update your system to macOS 10.12.1?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Within the past couple months on the update to Sierra OS 10.12.1
Do I go to epson link< find my printer in the list, and reinstall the driver?
Expert:  Jesse Brower replied 1 month ago.

The link should be directly to your printer, otherwise just enter the model name and number into the search bar and it will pop right up. On my machine it self-detects my operating system (macOS 10.12.1), then I clicked the Drivers section and it will display the instructions of what to do there
