Hello my name is ***** ***** I'll be happy to assist you. Did they change out your router when they changed your service?

You will probably have to reset the printer's wireless settings. The first thing you have to do is reset the printer back to factory defaults. I'm attaching a picture of how you do this.

After you do that you can reconnect it by wifi again. If your router has a WPS or AOSS button on it then you can push the button on the back of the printer for 2 secs and the router WPS button for 5 secs and it should reconnect.
