It went offline and I cant get it back on
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: brother hl-l2340dw
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: pc - windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: two days - nothing reportable - I just tried to print a document and it wouldn't. The computer says it is connected to the modem and the computer sees it because it tells me what document it is trying to print
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

No. It is connected to the modem but my computer doesn't see it.
