I am trying to set up. I press OK for English it then shows preparing on the screen. This is followed by a loud noise and a message to turn off the printer.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: Epson XP330/XP-430/XP-434
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
