Does this happen on copies as well (not just computer prints)?
You are seeing an automated ad by the site for a call or remote session, this is optional and may be ignored if you wish.
Since it happens only on copies (not computer prints) you may have a stray setting here causing it, and can try scaling back the quality/resolution, which will make it go more quickly. Copying in black instead of color will also be faster.
You don't need to invest more, as I said that is an ad from the site, just ignore it if you wish.
You can try the setting I mentioned to lower the resolution/quality. Beyond that, this is a hardware failure (bad logic board/eeprom) and replacement is indeed the recommended resolution, this printer is far past its designed 3 year service life.

Note that these, like all consumer grade inkjet printers, are designed to be low cost and are essentially disposable after a few years, subsidized by the high cost of ink cartridges.
