Customer Question

Have a HP Envy 4520. Prints letters nicely but printing a financial document it makes the font way too small.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: The model is: HP ENVY 4520. It is less than a year old.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: It is a PC. What do you mean by OS?
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It has always been an issue. Nothing happened right before. I need to clarify: this is only an issue when I am using my laptop (ASUS) computer. If I am using my desk top PC it is not a problem
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No

Hi, I'm Robert and I'll be helping you with your printer question.

Expert:  Robert M. replied 2 months ago.

this is going to be totally dependent on the settings in the program you are printing from.

the font may be that small on the program

or it may have something set like fit on page or shrink to fit.

If i knew what program that was i might be able to be a little bit clearer on where to look for it.

If you want to pay a bit extra i can log into your computer remotely and definitely get it straightened out for you.
