I have the Epson WF-2650 and it will not print. I recently changed the black ink cartridge and now it will not print.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: It is less than 2 years old and the model is WF-2650
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC and windows 7
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Do not use the printer often. Just went to print and it said black ink low. I replaced it and could not print there after. It just spits out a blank piece of paper
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not that i can think of

Are you using a new Epson brand ink?

Since you do not use it often, you next thing to try if the ink cartridge is good is to clean the print head, and nozzles. They are found under the tools section in the Epson software. Go through the maint section and make sure all works properly there. Once all that is working try printing again.

Keep in mind that sometimes ink cartridges are bad from the factory. Not often, but is possible.

The test page prints color but not black

This being the case, I would return the black ink cartridge and get a new one. That is most likely the issue then.
