Printer 3640 there is blue tape stuck on the side of the cartridge holder I can not get it unstuck
JA: What is the exact make and model of your printer? And what kind of cartridges are you using?
Customer: Its not the cartridge. Its the packing blue tape it will not release the catridge holder
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Printer 3640 Pc It is next to the printer wall it was not put on properly
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I just bought it I am trying to set it up I took all the rest of the BLUE sipping tape off fine. But the strip in the catridge holder will not come off. It is stopping the holder from sliding out.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes I am 73 years old and I can not take it back to the store because i cn]an't lift it.
