Hi, I'm Robert and I'll be helping you with your printer question.

2 possibilities

1 the print head is clogged

There is a cleaning routine on the printer menu

It is usually under maintenance or settings or tools or ink

Or

2 you are printing on plain paper but the program printing is set to print on photo paper or photo quality

Glossy photo paper does not absorb ink like plain paper so the printer puts a lot less out if it thinks it is printing to photo paper

I already ran the cleaning process, and it's not set for photo paper. It was printing fine until the paper jammed then this problem started

there might be something stuck under the print head that is keeping it from getting close enough to the paper to print correctly

or it might even have been bent a bit if the jam was bad enough.

you can try doing a print head alignment

https://www.manualslib.com/manual/979401/Epson-Xp-320.html?page=193

you can remove the printhead and put it back

but in that printer it is a royal pain.

this video shows how but i don't know that i would recommend it for a non professional.
