how do I cancel printing and move on to next job?
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: WF-3620 Less than 2 years old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Just two days ago. I couldn't get printer to print in black and white so I had to change a color module and in the meantime apparently built up a backlog that the printer took I wanted printed. So, today I wanted to print out something new but the printer started printing out the old stuff that I
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: not longer needed. So I want to cancel any instructions the printer has so I can print out the work I desire.

Click on Start then type in services.msc

In the list, find Print Spooler and click on the Stop Service button (it looks like a stop button next to the play button)

Press the Windows key and R together to open the run box and type in: %windir%\System32\spool\PRINTERS

Delete all of the files in that folder

Go back into services.msc and start the Print Spooler

Now, all old print jobs should be cancelled.
