My printer won't print. I guess I did something wrong. It's a MX922 version
JA: Can you guesstimate how old the Pixma is? And has this happened before?
Customer: I think it's about 2 years old. Never had this problem before
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It's been at least 2 weeks. Didn't notice anything different
