Are you getting an error message when you try to scan?

Can you still scan ok using the flat glass area under the lid?

Is it possible that something has got jammed in the feeder - a piece of paper, a staple, a paperclip or something else?

Could you try disconnecting the printer and holding it upside down and gently shaking it, with the help of someone else, to help dislodge anything that may be stuck in it?
