I have a Lexmark printer Impact S300 Series. I get the message 'There is a problem with the printhead. Please consult user's guide.' I cannot find a solution in the guide.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Lexmark is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: I believe I purchased it in March 2015. Impact S300 series
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: OOps that is 2016. I have a new Lenovo laptop PC
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It was working fine until I put in new ink cartridges about Dec 10th
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No - except I'm not a 'techy' expert
