It says the printhead is missing, not detected or incorrectly installed. This message came up as I was printing. Said to shut off printer and turn it back on but the message is still there and I cannot print
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: HP Officejet 6700 Premium
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC (toshiba) - windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Just happened. I was printing something and there was a message that one of the ink cartridges was low in ink, Needed to be replaced soon.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
