Make sure that you devices and the printer are on the same wireless network. If yes, try setting up wireless on the printer again. Follow the instructions below.
Turn on the printer, if it is not already turned on.
On the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon. The Wireless Summary screen appears.
Touch Settings, and then touch Wireless Setup Wizard.
It will searches for available SSIDs (wireless network name). Touch your wireless name from the list.
Enter the wireless password. The password ***** ***** sensitive and make sure that you enter it properly.
Then, try printing from your computer and iPad again. Let me know the result.
