It won't print. The error message says the back cover is open, but it is closed.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: MFC-9130CW
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: MAC
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: There was a paper jam. I removed the jammed paper.

Please turn off the printer and unplug all its cables. Wait for two minutes and plugin the cables.
