The printer insists that there is a paper jam, and this happened before and I replaced the inks and it worked. Now I know the inks are fresh and there is no sign of any paper jam. What do i do?
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It is less than 2 yers old, It is MFC-J1450DW
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC, windowa 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I had made a number of copies in early Dec and had not used it since.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: That's about it.

There could still be paper--even bits of paper--stuck around the feeder wheels. Open the back panel and check with a flashlight. If anything is in there, CAREFULLY try to wind it out--even use a tweezers, if necessary. Try NOT to rip the paper, or you will compound your problems.

Try this, and please advise of your progress.

I have done everything you suggested and it is the same as before. I cannot see ANY bits of paper anywhere and still it says there is a paper jam.
