I have just replaced our printer cartridge on our MFC8910-dw

I have just replaced our printer cartridge on our MFC8910-dw and am getting a 'print unable 7A' message
JA: What is the exact make and model of your printer? And what kind of cartridges are you using?
Customer: M
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: MFC8910DW and a TN-750 cartridge PC
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Printer stopped when toner was empty, replaced toner cartridge and message appeared
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no, message also says to turn printer off and restart. Have done that and also unplugged the printer

OK, now turn off the printer then reinstall the old cartridge and power on the printer then, let me know if the error message changes or not ?

Sorry for the late reply. Now keep the old cartridge inside and unplug the power cord for 10 mins. after reconenct the power cord and let me know, what happens?

Don't even know what a drum unit is. This is the second printer cartridge that I've replaced and have yet to have a problem with it. I am not a tech.
