JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: MFC-495CW its a couple years old not sure exact.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC SOny Viao
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: first time trying to print from this laptop. still work fine with other devices
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

Are you able to print from other devices just fine?

Are you able to copy like Xerox without using the computer?

May I know the operating system you are using? Is it Windows 7?

How do you connect the printer to the computer? Using USB cable?

it's windows 7. Works fine with Android app and another PC with Windows 10. I've tried both wireless connection and USB cable. Same results. The printer acts like it's printing but the page comes out blank
