Are you able to print from other devices just fine?
Are you able to copy like Xerox without using the computer?
May I know the operating system you are using? Is it Windows 7?
How do you connect the printer to the computer? Using USB cable?
Please click Start button and select Devices and Printers. Right click on the printer name and select Troubleshooting. Follow the on screen instructions and let me know if the issue persists.
