The black ink is not printing. I checked the levels and it all seems okay but it's not printing. I ordered another black cartridge but don't know how to open the printer.
JA: What is the exact make and model of your printer? And what kind of cartridges are you using?
Customer: HP office jet Pro 8610 - Office jet 950 xl
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Mac Air
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It just happened yesterday. I really don't know what happened just before
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Well, just the fact that I can't figure out how to install a new cartridge (if that's the problem). Of course, I have no idea where my instructions are.
