have a problem with the printing process-it does not print. have replaced print cartridge but still it does not print.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: hp4620
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: microsoft -10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: just noticed today .we had been on vacation and has not been used for 30 days.
