JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: MB2320 Cannon Maxify
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Mac - only wireless use
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: One week can't remember what exactly happened
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

First try to turn off the printer and turn it on again, if the problem persists try the following :

Remove all the ink cartridges from the printer then clean the contacts on the cartridges as well as inside the printer itself. do this with a small amount of warm water on a cotton swab until no ink comes off on the swab. If any of the other cartridges empty, leaking or bulging please replace them.

Once you have done all of that turn off the priner and unplug it for 60 seconds, Plug it back it and wait for the insert cartridges message. Insert the cartridges and check to see if the problem is still there.

it appears hardware failure issue, something is either broken or jammed inside and you need to take the printer to a repair shop
