I have replaced the black cartridge but when I print a test page it is showing AD31G7 and QP100C97. What is this?
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Epson workforce 7620
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Dell. Where do I find the OS
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: About a week. Nothing that I can remember

on the test page it prints ?

on the computer?

on the printer lcd screen ?

can you try printing to it from a normal program like ms word

they may have just got stuck in there for some reason

like the last pages of the last thing you were trying to print before the ink ran out

go to the devices and printers folder and click on what is printing for the printer

cancel any jobs in there and then try to print something from a normal program a document or a picture.
