I have an error 5011. did what it said to do and it didn't work
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: MX922 1 year
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Please open the lid and keep it open during the next set of steps..

Remove the power cord from the back of the printer

Wait 2 minutes

Plug the power cord back in and power it on (make sure the lid is open still)

The carriage will move to the middle now and you can close the lid.
