I have tried to install an MG3022 on a WIN 10 machine twice

I have tried to install an MG3022 on a WIN 10 machine twice with not luck. The computer sees it on the network and says it is operating correctly but every time I try to print a test page I get a "printer not responding" window. The green power light is slowly blinking even after powering down and unplugging. The blue wireless light is on as are both the network and direct lights.
