JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Epson WF-7620
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC, Windows 7
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Today I was printing pictures and wanted them on 11x17".
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It wouldn't do it. was printing letter, although I selected big size.

Please try the steps below to access Print Server Properties:

Step 1. Open your Start screen by selecting the Windows button on the bottom left hand side of your computer screen or by selecting the Windows button on the bottom left of your keyboard to the right of the Ctrl button.

Step 2. When the Start screen opens type Devices and Printers. Click on Devices and Printers to open it.

Step 3. In the Devices and Printers folder, click on your printer once just to highlight itand then select Print Server Properties at the top.

Step 4. Under Print Server Properties you will see this page:

  • 1 = Make sure you're under the Forms tab


  • 2 = Select the 'create a new form'


  • 3 = Type in your Form Name


  • 4 = Enter the Width & Height


  • 5 = Save Form

Step 5. Close the Print Server Properties window. Open up the document you wish to print in the tabloid size. Select File and the Print under that program. Now you should be able to select the Tabloid size and print successfully.
