Printer Repair Questions? Ask IT Technicians for Answers ASAP
Hi! Welcome to JustAnswer. My name is ***** ***** I'm happy to help.
Are you connected to the printer with a USB cable, or wirelessly?
Ok, try this.
Next to your start button there should be a search bar. Type 'Printer' in the search bar, and the first search result should be Devices and Printers. Click on this. When the window for devices and printers opens, find the icon for your printer. RIGHT click on it and select 'Remove Device'. Once it is gone, plug the printer into a different USB port and let Windows 10 install it automatically. When it is done, try to print. Reply and let me know what luck you had.
