Hi, thanks for using JustAnswer.com I am Cris and will be glad to assist you.
We will need to get the password ***** on your WiFi network in order to connect your printer back to the network. Do you have a laptop which has an established WiFi connection to your new router?
What operating system does the laptop have WIndows 7 or 10?
What do you mean? If you would like to print wirelessly then you need to connect your printer to your wireless network. There are two ways either you connect it wirelessly but will require the password ***** your WiFi network. Or you can connect the printer directly to the router with a ethernet cable that does not require password.
I highly do not recommend changing the password. You will then need to change it on any device you have already connected, instead you can retrieve the password. Was your new router provided to you by your Internet service provider?
OK, usually they place a sticker on the router which states the wireless network name and the Wireless Key or WEP Key. The key is the password ***** need to connect your printer or any device to the router. Let me know if you can locate it on your router.
If you plug in the USB it will most likely need to have the drivers/software installed.
Which way are you trying to connect your printer?
Would you like to do a secure remote connection so I can look into the issue? Can be offered through additional services.
I can continue to assist you. What is the make and model number of your printer?
Are you sure it is a 2620? I cannot locate that model on the epson site?
You can download the driver/software for your printer from the link provided. It will detect your operating system expand Drivers on the list and download the driver and utilities combo. After the download make sure the printer is turn off and start installing the software.
The software should at some point ask you to connect your printer when it does just turn it on since you already have the USB connected. Let me know how you make out.
This is after downloading and going through the install?
