When we bought a new printer, I entered all information in computer and recieved a congratulation sheet with email address. We did receive on toner via the instant ink program. Now the printer says connect printer to update hp instantink status....printer will be blocked very soon. when i click on the icon is says printer has not been fully set up. Can you help me?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: We bought in June of this year. Its 6830
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Dell pc
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: After we put in the new toner that automatically came in the mail.
