Did you try to clean the printheads ?
Please follow the steps below on your computer to clean the printheads and let me know, how it goes for you.
Search the Mac for your printer model name, and then click the printer name in the list of results.
HP Utility opens.
Click Clean Printheads, and then click Clean.
The printer cleans the ink cartridges.
Try to print again.
OK, can you check the ink level and let me know, if the ink level is showing correctly or not ?
OK, try to clean the printhead two more times and let me know and in the meantime, I will try to find a other way to solve the problem.
