I can't seem to save items from image garden. I keep getting a "failed to save" message when I try to convert to pdf
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: I have an apple imac with OSX 10.9.5 the printer is canon MG552
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: mac OSX 10.9.5 and the printer/scanner is canon MG5520
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I was having scanning function issues, reinstalled all canon drivers. everything now works except this function
