Hi! My name is ***** ***** I will be assisting you. Let's get started!
Do you mean the Kodak 3250 printer or a different brand?
Yes, that is a Kodak printer. Thank you for confirming.
The error 3527 is a printhead carriage jam.
Take a look here: http://support.en.kodak.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/7357/selected/true
Follow the steps and let me know if the issue is resolved or if it continues
Please ignore the automated offer that is appearing. I do not have control over it.
Let's try a power cycle:
With the printer powered on, pull the power cord from the back.
Wait 2 minutes
Plug it back in and power it on.
Do you still have the issue?
How old is the printer?
Unfortunately, if none of those steps fixed the issue then it would need to be repaired or replaced. The printer is outside of the warranty period but you can see if Kodak will offer to fix it for you.
Please call 1-***-***-****
You can provide them with the following reference ID: PJ01
If they do not offer to repair it under warranty then it would be cheaper to purchase a new printer that comes with a 1 year warranty. I understand that you are not able to afford a new printer but I do have to relay the information even if it is a bad news type of situation so please understand that I am only the messenger in this situation.
